yay first contest! I buy my self tulips and daffodils each week to get me in the spring mood!
I buy lots of flowers and spring bulbs.
We clean! All the closets have been reorganized. Usually we would buy bulbs for the house too.
I clean the house top to bottom and open up all the windows to get some great air flow through the house.
I think it’s when I start to clear away the winter debris from my patio and garden that it really starts to feel like spring.
How about a bit of sunscreen and a book to read at the beach house.
To get into a truly Spring mood – I need a clean house. Ok, what else. Sofa is decidedly dark and winter like. Got rid of it. Blinds were never any good. Gone. Those are two things slashed from my to-do list and I am onward towards daffodils, bluebells and sunny skies.
What is this strange ritual you speak of? I vaguely recall cleaning the house last spring, but the intervening year has made my efforts futile…
I get my husband to barbecue up some chicken kebabs and roast an array of colourful veggies!

To put myself in a spring mood, I go for walks with my little C dude and I shave my legs π
I start planning the garden!
I open some windows if it’s nice enough.

I clean the entire house from top to bottom and purge any items that have not been used within the past year.

Remove all blankets and replace with new sheets and a new duvet. That works for me, coupled with a spritz of Dragonfruit – *blast*

I switch from wearing dark colors to spring colors.
To put myself into a spring mood, I pack away all my dark long sleeve shirts and pull out the tshirts and tanks.
I buy tulips and put them on my kitchen table where I can see them daily. The tulips make me happy and remind me of spring.
I plant a garden and flowers and spring clean
I turn off the heat,open all the windows and air the house out, it gets a little bit chilly but we have sweaters π and the kids and isit and plan what we are going to plant in our little garden…. truthfully we have never grownanything that the squirrels havent robbed before it was ready, but we have had funtrying lol π

Its usually the weather that puts me in the mood to start cleaning. If I look outside and its sunny and warm it makes me want to open all the windows and clean

To put myself in a good Spring mood I head outside for a walk and check out things starting to grow!
I slowly start putting myself in a spring mood by opening up the windows more often to let the sunshine and fresh air in and, as the snow melts away and the weather warms up, I go on more and more walks. Nothing like warm sunshine, green grass and new flowers (especially crocuses) to really put me in a happy spring mood.

I open the windows, pull my hair out of my face and get my cleaning supplies out!

BBQ! And then it all falls into place. Once the snow melts that gets me into the mood of cleaning up the yard… Leftover leaves, etc.

Put the potted hostas out from under cover and dig around in my garden a bit! Cut a few spring sprigs and put ’em in a wee flower vase indoors.
